01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise entity, "User", "you", or "your") and onestopERP ("onestopERP", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of onestoperp.com, including all related subdomains, portals, and cloud instance provisioning services.

By registering an account, purchasing an instance plan, accessing our client dashboard, or utilizing any provided cloud environment credentials, you explicitly confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and unconditionally accept all terms set forth herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately refrain from using our website and services.

02 Description of Service

onestopERP provides prepaid, remote cloud virtual machine (VM) and sandbox instance access engineered for enterprise software evaluation, integration development, developer practice, educational training, and module simulation across major enterprise ERP stacks, including but not limited to:

All provided environments are intended strictly as non-production sandbox environments for learning, development, and testing. They are not intended for hosting live commercial corporate production payroll or critical business transactions.

03 Account Registration & Security

To purchase, manage, or receive instance credentials, you must create a verified account on onestopERP:

• Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current registration information (full name, valid work/personal email, and contact number).
• Credential Safeguarding: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard password and any allocated instance credentials.
• Single-User Allocation: Standard subscription tiers provide single-user access. Account sharing, credential reselling, or public dissemination of assigned instance URLs without prior written corporate licensing is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify us immediately at support@onestopERP.com upon discovering any security breach or unauthorized access to your account.

04 Payment Terms (Prepaid, No Auto-Renewal)

Pricing details and payment parameters are governed as follows:

• Currency & Pricing: All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or United States Dollars (USD), inclusive of applicable taxes or itemized at checkout.
• Payment Methods: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, supporting UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and verified enterprise wallets.
• Promotional Discounts: Promo codes (such as onestopERP15) must be applied prior to completing checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
• Manual Renewal: To continue access after your subscription period ends, you must manually purchase a renewal before or upon term expiration.

05 Access, Activation & Delivery Workflow

To maintain high environment stability, clean tenant isolation, and verified security standards, instance activation is handled via our structured provisioning workflow:

Notice Regarding Instant Activation: Due to manual quality assurance and tenant isolation protocols, access is not zero-second instantaneous. We strive to provision every instance within a few business hours during support hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST).

06 Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to utilize onestopERP instances strictly in compliance with applicable local and international laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund:

onestopERP reserves the right to monitor aggregate resource consumption (CPU, RAM, Network I/O) to prevent server exhaustion and ensure optimal performance for all developers.

07 Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All proprietary website content, design systems, UI components, text, graphics, logos, scripts, and software developed by onestopERP are the exclusive intellectual property of onestopERP.

Oracle Trademarks Acknowledgement: Oracle, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle APEX, Oracle Autonomous Database, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) are registered trademarks or trademarks of Oracle Corporation and/or its affiliates in the United States and other countries. onestopERP claims no ownership, copyright, or trademark rights over Oracle proprietary software, architecture, or documentation.

08 Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

The services, instances, and software environments are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While onestopERP maintains robust uptime and technical support, we do not warrant that instances will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Under no circumstances shall onestopERP, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

In any event, the maximum aggregate financial liability of onestopERP arising out of or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total subscription fee paid by the customer for the specific active term giving rise to the claim.

10 Modifications to Terms & Services

onestopERP reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this URL. The updated "Last updated" date at the top of the page signifies the most recent revision.

Your continued use of our website, dashboard, or provisioned instances following any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising out of or related to your use of onestopERP shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute, the parties agree to first endeavor to resolve the matter through amicable consultation via our customer support desk. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in New Delhi / Bengaluru, India.
